While this amulet is a equiped you may enter the dreams of the other person that this amulet is attuned to. You and the other person must both be asleep at the same time. You choose whether or not to share dreams while you sleep. You may communicate with the other person and relay messages.
If the two persons attuned to this item are in two different planes, the dreams are disturbed and to communicate both characters must make a DC 17 Intelligence check to convey a simple message.
