Amulet of darkness

The amulet of darkness has been made about 583 years ago. It looks like it has been in several fires in its past. It's a upside ram head, the horns are made of bones. The head of the ram is made of wood. Who ever is close to the amulet starts getting headache.(25 area for headache) When you get closer you start feeling angry at anyone. (10 area for anger). But the affects won't work if someone is wearing it. Then the one is wearing is lawful (any) the abstention with it will begin about 3 months of wearing it. The one is wearing is neutral (any) the abstention with it will begin about 1 months of wearing it. All choatic (any) characters will not be affected by the amulet. Lawful (any) and  neutral (any) have to make a 2nd character sheet for abstenced character.

Notes: Make all non chaotic characters to chaotic evil.
