To attune you must be one of the following: Attuned to Hag's End, Be a Hexblood, or be a Warlock with a Night Hag Patron. You must also be at least level 11.
A small bag made from the stitched flesh of various hags, this bag is used by hags to collect the souls of their victims. Once attuned this bag serves as a telepathic link to an ancient coven of Night Hags on the plane of Hades.
Whispers. This coven's matron can telepathically communicate with you and appear in your dreams.
Sacrifice. After becoming attuned you must sacrifice one humanoid soul to the coven in order to use the bag's abilities.
Corruption. The hags call is ever present in moral dilemmas. They will constantly move you towards cruel and evil deeds.
This bag has 3 charges. The charges are reset after completing a long rest. You can expend a charge to use one of the abilities listed below:
- You can cast Plane Shift (self only) once per long rest.
- You can cast Contact Other Plane once per long rest. Doing so contacts the Night Hag coven.
- You can cast Planar Ally the ally will appear as an Imp or Mephit in service to the coven.
Blood rite. You can as a bonus action roll a d12 and sacrifice that amount in hit points in order to use one of the abilities listed below:
- You gain Magic Resistance for 1 minute
- You gain become immune to Charmed condition for 10 minutes.
- Can change your physical appearance for 8 hours. Only creatures with truesight can see your true form.
- For 10 minutes creatures who attack you take 1d12 necrotic damage.
