The Aarakocran Rose is a wildflower with magnificent blue and grey petals that an expert Alchemist can distill into a burnable incense. In order to craft it, make an Alchemy check. If you roll a 13 or higher, you succeed in crafting enough incense to fill 2d4+1 cube spaces.

When a target's breathing apparatus enters a cube, they must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target begins gasping for air or coughs uncontrollably, suffering the prone and poisoned conditions for 1 minute.
