Amulet of Ghoul Summoning

If attuned, at dusk, you can use an action to speak its command word and summon a ghoul. You can control this creature.

The amulet can only be used to summon one creature every 24 hours.

If you use this amulet to summon a ghoul three days in a row, on the third day, a ghast is summoned instead of a ghoul. You control this creature.

You can only control three creatures summoned in this way at a time. If you summon another creature, the one that's been under your control the longest is freed.

Undead of up to CR 3 do not attack you unless you attack them first.

CURSE: You cannot and aren't willing to remove this amulet. Remove Curse will allow the amulet to be removed. If you believe that anyone is even considering removing the amulet by any means, a blinding rage comes over you. You attack them until one of you is dead, or you are knocked unconscious. After wearing the amulet for six months, you become a ghast. The amulet no longer has any effect on you at this point. Only one of these amulets is known to exist, and no one has found a way to destroy it yet.

Notes: Pray every night to Doresain; sacrifice one good aligned humanoid every week to Doresain. After two weeks of this, you become attuned. Before attunement, while wearing the amulet, you feel compelled to do these things., Summoning, Cursed, Necklace
