Amulet of Psychic Souls

This amulet allows the user to cast the spell "Psychic Cannon Blast" from the amulet twice per day at the cost of no spell slots. If the amulet touches a dead spirit, (such as one in a body after death) the wearer can gain the knowledge of the stats, spells known, abilities, max health, spell slots, and level the spirit had when it died. If a creature without Spellcasting touches this item, they take 2d4 psychic damage every time they take damage until their next long rest.
