Amulet of Tiamat’s Fury

This circular amulet consists of five coloured gems to represent the five major chromatic dragons, it is rumoured to contain a mere fraction of Tiamat’s roar. As an action you can raise the amulet to unleash the roar, each creature that can hear within 120 feet must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or become frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Once this item has been used, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.
