This amulet was created by The Queen of Air and Darkness also known as The Queen of Winter, the Archfey deity of Magic (especially illusions), Darkness, Murder and the sole Ruler of Winter.
While attuned to the Amulet, you project a powerful illusion in the mind of any creature looking at you or your reflection. Only a creature who succeed a DC 25 - Intelligence saving throw is unaffected by this illusion. A creature with truesight can automatically detect this visual illusion and succeed his saving throw against it, and perceive the original form of a shapeshifter or a creature that is transformed by magic.
Once per day, you can activate the pendant to make yourself look like anyone you are touching.
The Queen can recall her Artifact at anytime without any notice.
