This amulet has been cursed by whatever god or goddess it serves. While attuned to this amulet you cannot roll death saving throws, instead, you die automatically. When a creature dies in this way it cannot be revived except through a wish spell. In addition, the creature's body is immune to the effects of the Spell, Speak With Dead.
As an action, while attuned to this necklace, you can automatically turn your hitpoints to zero, thereby killing you.
