Amulet of Flames

This amulet has a large clear gemstone mounted on it, within that gemstone is an ever lasting flame.

Once per day, as an action while wearing the amulet you can release the flames within, which produces the following effects for one minute;

• You become wreathed in flames, which causes any flammable object that you touch or that is within 5 ft of you at the end of your turn is set aflame
• You gain resistance to cold damage as the area within 5 ft of you becomes hot
• When you deal fire damage and roll a 1 on any dice for that damage, you can reroll that die and take the new value
• You gain a flying speed of 10 ft, during which you can hover
• When you are hit with an attack that deals fire damage, you can use your reaction to absorb some of the flames into your wreath, roll 2d10 and reduce the damage by the result
• Once on your turn, when you attack you can add your proficiency bonus to the damage of that attack. The additional damage is fire.

The flames contained within retreat into the amulet after one minute or you are knocked unconscious. You are not harmed by the flames, and they do not set fire to you or your possessions.
