Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a spell caster)

A simple golden arrow about the size of a quarterstaff. Its shaft is made of a pale golden material and it has a glowing gold arrow head. The arrow releases a spectral fog that dissipates within 10 inches of it.

You gain a +2 bonus to spell attack roles and saving throws while attuned to this weapon. This item has 10 charges, and recovers 1d6 + 4 at dusk.

Stary Form. While you are holding the arrow you may raise it to the sky and have its form disappear into the stars so long as they are visible. From there you may summon the arrow at any point as a bonus action.

Arrow of Light. While holding the arrow as an action you may choose to cause the arrow to fire at one creature within 60ft of you. When you do so make a spell attack that deals 3d6 + your spell casting modifier in radiant damage. If it is night out then you make the attack roll at advantage. Once fired the arrow will reappear in your hand if you so choose.

Gilding Light. Whenever you cast a spell that deals damage you can expend 1 charge to deal an additional 1d10 radiant damage, you may increase the damage dealt by an additional dice to a limit of 5d10 by expending more charges.

This is one of three symbols of the primordial creator of the sky and the heavens. The Arrow of the Stars, the Chalice of the Moon, and the Blessing of Eternal Night. This primordial deity is in a permanent slumber after they created the sky's as they expended a large portion of their divinity. To this day these two items and the blessing are the only ways to connect to this deity. When depicting this god it is often a human like figure with a halo of stars holding an arrow and a chalice.
