As an action, you can throw it up to 25 feet (or 60 feet long range), shattering on impact. Make a ranged attack against a target creature, object or a spot on the ground/or a wall, treating the ball as an improvised weapon.

Upon impact and shattering the liquid evaporates into a gas cloud of 15x15 ft. awakening 1d4 shrubs (if present).

The 1d4 Awakened Shrubs will attack every non plant creature it can find, beginning with the closest to them.
