Artifact arm (right)

A seemingly normal looking bone arm that has been infused with magic. Works in the same way as the ersatz eye and replaces the bones in your right arm. This arm provides advantage on melee attacks and makes your unarmed strike do piercing damage. This item cannot be broken. This arm also causes the user to gain wild magic

Notes: Advantage: Melee Attacks, Natural Weapon: Piercing
