The amulet is itself made of fine platinum. It is round and the inside of it has three bolts of lightning decorating the hollow center. The chain that it has is made of fine platinum as well. When attuned to the amulet Talos grants the wearer a fragment of his protection. Should the wearer be unwillingly touched by another creature he may expend as a reaction one of the amulets 5 charges to deal 2d4 lightning damage to the creature. The amulet recovers 1d4+1 charges every dawn. If such an event happen while in the midst of a thunder/lightning storm the damage is doubled.
If the wearer is asleep, unconscious, incapacitated or is dead while still being attuned the amulet grants the wearer an increased intensity of Talos' protection dealing lightning damage to any who touch his person or items on his person. Such a person must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 2d12 lightning damage and is unable to interact with the wearer. A success takes half damage but can still not interact with the wearer. Should the wearer be in the midst of a storm while in such a state the damage rolled is doubled.The amulet can be dispelled of magic of a spell such as Dispel Magic is cast on it. Should it be disenchanted it can regain its magical properties if a prayer is performed in the midst of a storm and is answered by Talos. The success and failure of which is left up to the DM.
