While attuned to and wearing this amulet, whenever your hit points would be restored from a magical effect (Spells, other magic items, potions, etc.) you gain additional temporary equal to the amount you were healed for.
Cursed:
When a player cast identify object on this amulet, they become a were of it magical property and that it seems to be surrounded by dark necrotic energy. No spell can reveal the amulet's curse short of a wish spell.
The necrotic energy that surrounds the amulet is a manifestation of the curse itself and is the bolstering force that gives the player temporary hit points. While a player has temporary hit points gained by this amulet, roll a d10 and they gain the following curse from the Curse Table, the curse is removed when they lose all the temporary hit points. These curses cannot be removed with the remove curse spell. This amulet can be unattuned from as long as the player doesn't have any of it curses.

The player feels as if there body is weak and brittle. The player is vulnerable to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage until the curse ends. |

The player finds themselves to be running out of breath often. The player movement speed is reduced by 10, and items weight twice as much for them until the curse ends. |

09-10 |
The player feels rather fine with this curse active. 10 minutes after the cures activates, they roll on the wild magic surge table. Repeat this every hour after until the curse ends. |
