Weapon (shortbow), uncommon

An arrow of colour spray is a special type of arrow that bursts into a dazzling array of colours once it hits a target. This can be used as a distraction or weapon, depending on the needs of the person firing it. The arrow can be aimed at a point within 120 feet that you can see. If the target is a creature, roll to hit as usual, and if successful, the arrow does 1d6 piercing damage. The arrow then ejects sparkling lights in a 10-foot-radius sphere, centred on the point chosen. Roll 6d10; the total is how many hit points of creatures this spell can effect. Starting with the creature struck by the arrow and then moving to the creature with the lowest hit points, each creature within the sphere affected by the spray of lights is blinded for 1 round. Subtract each creature's hit points from the total before moving on to the creature with the next lowest hit points. A creature's hit points must be equal to or less than the remaining total for that creature to be affected.

Creatures that are unconscious, that cannot see, or are immune to the blinded condition are not affected.

Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
