This is a small nondescript drawstring pouch, a dark, dirty brown.  When opened a swarm of Wasps emerge and sting the bearer, doing the Characters Level*d6 HP of healing. 

The target must then make a DC (8+Level) Con save or be Stunned for 1 Round. 

This can be used once per Long Rest. 

While wearing the bag the bearer is Resistant to Poison
