Wand, varies

This wand resembles a dried up eyestalk and contains one of a beholder's eye rays, though the potency has been somewhat diminished. It comes with 1d4 (max 4) charges and regains 1d4 charges after a long rest. Upon reaching 0 charges, there is a cumulative 25% chance the wand crumbles to dust. Take special care when encountering a living beholder with this wand - its ire may be disproportionately directed towards whoever wields it.

As an action, you can expend one charge from the wand to subject a creature within 60 feet of you to the wand's ray.
