Potion, uncommon

Agony, know also as 'Liquid Pain' is highly potent and addictive drug. It is thick, reddish liquid created by spells and magic items which distill it from pain and is its essence. It is highly sought after by Outsiders from Lower planes. After ingestion, the user experience Main drug effect and also makes two Constitution saving throws (DC 18) for the Initial and the Secondary effect appearance. If any of this checks is failed by 3 or lower, the user becomes addicted.
Due to the nature of its acquisition, the drug is illegal in many countries and its use, sale and possession are punishable. However, there are evil realms and groups (Thay, Zhentarim, Drow city states, ect.) where Agony is legal and common in the drug market. In this case, treat the drug as common instead of uncommon.

Main Effect: Feelings of intense pleasure for 1d4 hours.

Initial Effect: User is stunned for 1d4 rounds and can't take actions for 1d6 minutes.

Secondary Effect: User gains 1d4 bonus to Charisma for 1d10+50 minutes.

Overdose: If more than one dose is taken in a 24-hour period,  the user must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 18) and falls unconscious for 1d4 hours on.

Addiction: The user must take a dose of Agony per 1d4 days, or suffer one level of exhaustion.

Detox: Spells Lesser Restoration or Greater Restoration can end addiction or intoxication by drug. Protection from Poison ends intoxication as well.

Pain as power: Instead of ingestion, spellcaster can use this drug as bonus material component of pretty any spell as a part of casting action. This use of Agony gives a spellcasting bonus +2 for the spell and turns its colors to crimson. Also, the effects of the spell on living targets will bring them feelings of pleasure or pain, depending on whether the nature of the spell is hurtful or not.
