The armor of anything looks like simple, leather armor.
The armor is a suit of armor that, on command, can transmute into cloth, leather, studded leather, hide, scale mail, ring mail, chain mail, splint or plate armor.
In addition, once a follower of the Four Thousand Gods faiths has attunded, the attunded can choose to transform into one of the Four Thousand Gods before a new moon cycle by meditating with the armor on for 1d4 hours, uninterrupted. This transformation is random until the attunded has become more familiar with the armor.
The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
