This Gold/Onyx colored amulet has the Insignia of the Lower Tier god Na'Keth

Once per turn you can add 1d8 Necrotic damage to your damage roll.

Upon using the extra damage from this amulet it will begin to constrict and slowly choke you if used more then 3 times before a long rest. Damage from the choke starts at 1d8 on the 4th use, 1d10 on 5th use. If you use the extra damage more then 5 times before a long rest the amulet will squeeze so tightly that it will immediately kill your character.
