Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Ranger)
This quiver normally holds 20 arrows or bolts. You can use a bonus action to draw and transform the quiver into a short sword. If the quiver contained at least 10 arrows or bolts, then the short sword grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. +2 when at 5 arrows, and +3 if the last arrow. The sword lasts for 1 minute after which it reverts to back to being a quiver.
