As he stands trapped in that cage, he watches that anvil falls from above. His fate is sealed in front of his eyes. He looks down at his chest. The golden amulet still tied around his neck. The anvil makes contact. His skull immediately crushed under the force of the falling anvil. The anvil lands on the ground but a bright light shines from where the headless corpse lies. The body stands up as the amulet disintegrates and forms into new skin and material as the person's skull and face become remade. The skin wraps around his skull, green small stitches pull it all together. The man looks around at the people watching in awe. What was meant to be his execution turned into theirs.
While attuned to the amulet you can use the following property
As a reaction as soon as you drop to 0 hit points you can make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 12), on a fail the amulet does nothing. On a Success, the amulet activates and begins to disintegrate into a bright burning green, white and yellow light that sheds bright light for 30 feet and dim light for 60 feet. The light then flows to the all damaged parts of your body regenerating them. You gain half of your maximum hp, plus 25 temporary hit points. The amulet ends all conditions that were affecting you (you don't fall unconscious). You gain immunity to the damage type that dropped you to 0 hit points for 1 minute. After activating the amulet, it disintegrates into the energy that healed you and cannot be used again.
