This small book looks like a children's book, its cover showing a picture of action-packed adventure. Each time you look at it, however, the picture is different. You may see an elf running from a bear, a dwarf climbing a mountain, a man fighting a dragon, and so on.
When you open the book, you find only blank pages. Once some time has been spent with the book, however, you find it has been filled with your life's story since you started adventuring. When you reach the end, which seems to describe the exact moment, you see that the following paragraphs describe possible choices you could make, followed by a page number. When you turn to that page, you find vague descriptors of a good, bad, or neutral outcome. Once the book has been used like this, you find turning to the page numbers reveals blank pages. The book refreshes at dawn.
