Amulet of Blasting

The amulet has 3 charges. The amulet regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing this amulet, you can use an action to cast the scorching Ray spell with it. When you make spell attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. The circlet can’t be used this way again until next dawn.

Scorcging Ray:  You create three rays of fire and hurl them at targets within range. You can hurl them at one target or several. Make a ranged spell attack for each ray. On a hit, target takes 2d6 fire damage.
