When consumed, this mushroom heightens the senses
of the user. You gain a +3 bonus to your perception,
insight, survival and stealth scores. This benefit lasts
for 4 hours.
Every time this is ingested, make a CON save (dc 15) or become addicted. For everyday that you spend without consuming one, you'll gain a level of exhaustion (never more than 3). after 1 week without, you can make another CON save, ending the addiction on a success.
