You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When attuned speak its command word Raitoningu (Lightning),it cracks with lightning.

Multi-Attack: By using a charge roll a d6 to decide how many attacks you can do this turn with your original attack.

Lightning Dance:(Requires Attunement) spend a charge when attacking cast a half moon arc of lightning extending out in a straight line to the target(s) within 60 feet. Each creature in the line must make a DC17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d10 lightning damage on a failed save, and half the damage on a successful one.

Flash Step:(Requires Attunement) bonus action: by using a charge you can In a flash of lightning move 30' feet this does not effect your movement speed.

Lightning Guard: Immune to lightning

You can extend one charge to add a 1d6 lightning damage Max 3.  You get charges back after a long rest.
