Arcane Charge

A round stone slab etched in runes with a small glass window in the middle.

Spell Storage: when you cast a spell on the Arcane Charge it will be absorb into the glass center and flare up its runes. The Arcane Charge will cast the same spell centered on itself  1 hour after. Once this is done the Arcane charge will destroy itself and becomes inert.
