Amulet of Ceepou.

• All residents of Solitude are given an amulet by Ceepou once a year.
• You must wear this amulet at all times. If you are separated from it:
  • 1-4 hours: Frightened
  • 5-12 hours: Incapacitated
  • After 12 hours, 30% chance of death every additional hour.
• The cause of these effects is nonmagical and is forbidden for the soothsayers to study. It
  cannot be reversed.
