The amulet can magically bind one suit of armor and one shield( can also bind piecemeal magic items that would comprise a suit of armor). In order to bind an item to the amulet, you must focus on it for 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. The item must be within your reach throughout. At the conclusion, you touch the item and forge the bond. You can ignore the attunement requirements for one of your bound items.
Dress for the Occasion: You can use your action to shunt a bound item or items into an extradimensional space within the amulet. If the item is worn or wielded, you instantly doff it. Thereafter, you can use your action to summon and instantly don the bound item, provided you aren't wearing or wielding a similar item already.
Reactive Summon: When a creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to summon a bound shield to your hand if there is one stored in the amulet, you are proficient, you have a free hand and you aren't already wielding a shield. You instantly gain the shield's benefit your AC, potentially deflecting the attack. The shield remains until you use your action to dismiss it.
