You have resistance to cold damage while you wear this armor.
The wearer will all was be filled with a nice chilled feeling. When the enemy monster comes in contact with the armor, they will be hit with instant frostbite or the weapon will go under sub-zero temperature making it a very fragile weapon.
This armor can be forged only by the best blacksmiths, only one par of each armor can be made a decade. The scales of the dragons can be plucked off the dead or harvested by jagged rocks near the homes of dragons.
Padded armor consists of quilted layers of cloth and batting.
