Wondrous Item, common
A collapsible tube of brass and wood, marked with intricate mystic symbols. A crystalline lens is set into each end.
In addition to providing advantage on perception checks to detect faraway objects, casting Detection divination spells on this spyglass allows the wielder to ignore their normal range limitations, instead, their results appear as visual phenomena requiring an Arcana check to interpret.
Wielders tend to see harmless afterimages for a few minutes.
Frequent use leaves inert glyphs of far sight inscribed on the wielder's eye of choice.
