The purpose of it is unknown as it was just made by an Ice Wizard. This item grants not only +2 ac, but it enables the user to resist cold damage and endure cold environments. When this item is used 1 per day in the cold or arctic environment, it erases the users presence which makes them invisible for 2 hours. The ability ends whether the time ends or the person attacks something. When attacking the user has an advantage on a surprise attack.
