Borne from the wishes and prayers of the following of an ancient, elder being A'ab Rathur. Barely conscious, the being formed their faith into a divine item to protect them.
The staff provides a bonus +5 to your Wisdom score a the cost of -5 Constitution score.
Law of Dilemma. Using the divine staff, you can summon the essence of A'ab Rathur that will last for 24 hours in a 50 mile radius around the staff. Those caught within the radius are in a constant state of confusion and dilemma. All alignments are switched are switched every hour, all actions are opposite of their intention, and magical effects are their contrast (i.e. fire damage becomes cold damage). Creatures and beings of sentience can attempts to resist the effects every hour through a DC 25 Wisdom saving throw. All saving throws and skill checks have an increased +5 difficulty within the area of Dilemma (with the exception of the resistance check). Followers and oath-bearer's under the umbrella of Wisdom, Intellect, or Mind are unaffected by the effects of the Dilemma's law.
There is a high chance (75%) that powerful and/or divine being(s) will have their eyes on you after using the staff. Those in the Lawful alignment will be vigilant towards you, those in the Neutral alignment will be interested in your deeds, and those in the Evil alignment are excited by your actions.
Once used, the Dilemma slowly fades into motes of light as the faith binding it together takes effect. The item can only be summoned back into the plane of existence if enough faith is gathered (or after 1d100 + 50 years).
