Arcane Revelations: The wielder can ask the spirit within to provide magical boons twice per day as a ritual:
- Cast Identify.
- Cast Detect Magic.
- Reveal the levels of any magic casters within 50 ft.
- Gives the wielder +4 in any Arcana Check.
Arcanic Surge: The amulet passively strengthens magical attacks, adding 1 elementless arcane damage per 5 arcane damage of any element done.
Notes: Must cast up to 30 levels worth of spells while wearing it.
