A creature attuned to the amulet has advantage on all intimidation checks against creatures of the same size as itself or smaller.
The amulet has 1 charge, regaining it every dawn. A creature attuned to the amulet can expend that charge as a bonus action to take on a draconic appearance, transforming their head into a dragon head, resting on their shoulders, for 1 minute. When expending the charge and as a bonus action during each of its subsequent turns while the effect is active, the creature can exhale an icy blast in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
