Cursed Pirate Hat

This cursed hat looks perfectly normal. It even has a feather in in. Neat!

A creature wearing this hat can only communicate with the exaggerated accent and inflection of a pirate. The creature does not learn a language that they don’t know. If they cannot otherwise speak they inexplicably gain the ability to speak in differently intoned “arrrgh”s.

This hat has been cursed so that it cannot be removed either by the wearer or by any other creature. This is why you should steer clear of strange items of clothing.

‘Remove Curse’ spell can be used to remove it. Once removed, roll a d6;

1 - hat is no longer cursed.

2-6 - hat is still cursed.
