Sprinkle this glittering magical dust on whosoever you like and it will grant them the power of flight for one hour (flying speed 60 ft.). Be careful though. If the dust wears off while the user is in flight, they will fall.
Another property of fairy dust is that if is dissolved in liquid and then imbibed, it will grant the sweetest of dreams to the one who slumbers. One pouch has enough dust to dilute into six drinks. Take care, however, when using fairy dust in this way. When imbibed, a brew spiked with fairy dust might result in delusions or memory loss.
The DM should roll a d100. On a roll of 1-75 the user will experience the sweetest of dreams and have no ill side effects. On a roll of 76-90 the user will experience sweet dreams, but will awake with a minor delusion or hallucination (to be determined by the DM) that will last for 2d12 hours. On a roll of 91-100, the user will experience sweet dreams but awake with memory loss, forgetting the past 2d12 days. A spell of greater restoration or higher is required to restore lost memories. A spell of lesser restoration or higher will cure any lingering delusions or hallucinations.
One pouch has enough fairy dust to grant sweet dreams or flight to six people.
