Amulet of Intertwining Fates

While holding onto the amulet, the wearer can utter the name of any creature within sight. Two tendrils of fire emerge from the amulet and engulf the target and the wearer. The fire completely incinerates both targets into nothingness. The amulet cannot kill mythic beings, such as gods, demon lords, etc. Creatures slain by the amulet can only be resurrected by using the True Resurrection spell. If a creature uses the amulet twice, their soul is incinerated and they cannot be resurrected by any means.
