Álma vátrachos (Jumping frogs)

A ukulele enchanted to charm "trash animals" (Raccoons, Possums, Frogs, Rats ect) with in a 15ft radius. 

Roll a d12 to see how many animals in the area are available to charm

Roll a charisma check- 14 or above is needed to charm the animals

Item will have lesser effects specified areas. I.e. A well groomed suburban area will have fewer "trash animals"

Notes: Is ornately carved, a design of possums dancing among flowers is clearly cut in along the back of it.
