Amulet of Idahocales

While wearing the Amulet of Idahocales, you are proficient with cook’s utensils.  If you already have proficiency, you have expertise instead.  As an action, you can sense any hungry teenagers within 1000 feet.  Once per day, the Amulet of Idahocules can create a delicious fast food combo meal on a surface within ten feet.  It consists of a milkshake, a cheeseburger, and a large fries.  The trash and any food that is not consumed vanishes after one hour.
