A powerful dragon tyrant once terrorized the land after having defeated twelve noble gods and gaining their power. Eventually, a powerful sorcerer rose up and, though he was unable to kill the dragon outright, put a stop to its rampage by separating its soul into twelve pieces, placing each one into a talisman. Each talisman contains a single powerful ability the dragon once had and those that held the talismans were able to use that power as their own.
Each talisman has a unique trait and is engraved with one of the 12 zodiac signs, the original twelve wielders of those powers.
Rooster
While you are attuned, you may use an action to cast Telekinesis. The saving throw DC is 10 + your proficiency bonus. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Ox
While you are attuned, your maximum Strength score is 20 + your proficiency bonus. You may use an action to increase your Strength score by your proficiency bonus for 1 minute. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Snake
While you are attuned, you can turn Invisible as an action. Anything you are wearing or carrying is invisible with you. You remain Invisible until the talisman is no longer in your possession, until you attack or cast a spell, or until you use a bonus action to become visible again. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Rabbit
While you are attuned, you may use an action to cast Haste on yourself. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Sheep
While you are attuned, you may spend an hour to cast Astral Projection on yourself. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Dragon
While you are attuned, you may use an action to cast Fireball as a 5th-level spell. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Rat
While you are attuned, you may use an action to cast Animate Objects as a 5th-level spell. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Horse
While you are attuned, you may use an action to expend up to half of your remaining hit dice and regain hit points equal to your roll with them. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Monkey
While you are attuned, you may use an action to cast Polymorph on a target within range. The DC for the saving throw is 10 + your proficiency bonus. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Dog
While you are attuned, when you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Pig
While you are attuned, you may use an action to cast True Seeing on yourself. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
Tiger
While you are attuned, you may use an action to cast Project Image. Once you use this ability, you can not use it again until you finish a long rest.
