Amulet of Bonding (Attack)

This amulet holds two forms, both linked to one another and granting formidable power and protection. This is the attack variant, and the one wearing it gains increased offensive prowess while attuned, and near the bonded partner.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, The person who attunes to this must declare a wearer of the corresponding Amulet of Bonding. Once declared, the two ender a linked bond, and can communicate telepathically as if time has stopped.
