Fairy Dust has three magical properties. It can be used for flight, sweet dreams, or to augment charm or friendship spells.

Flight. Sprinkle this glittering magical dust on whosoever you like and it will grant them the power of flight for one hour (flying speed 60 ft.). Be careful however, for if the dust wears off while the user is in flight they will fall. 

Dreams. Fairy dust that is dissolved in liquid and then imbibed will grant the sweetest of dreams to those who slumber. Take care, however, when using fairy dust in this way. When imbibed, a brew spiked with fairy dust could result in delusions or memory loss.

When the user drinks a fairy brew, they should roll a DC 13 Constitution saving throw. Upon failure, the user will sleep for eight hours and wake with one level of exhaustion. In addition, the DM should roll a d20. On a roll of 1-15 the user will experience the sweetest of dreams. On a roll of 16-18 the user will experience sweet dreams, but will awake with a minor delusion or hallucination (to be determined by the DM) that will last for 2d12 hours. On a roll of 19-20, the user will experience sweet dreams but awake with memory loss, forgetting the past 1d3 days. A spell of greater restoration or higher is required to restore lost memories. A spell of lesser restoration or higher will cure any lingering delusions or hallucinations caused by the imbibing of fairy dust brews.

Augment Charm Spells. When used in conjunction with the charm person spell or the friends spell, at the end of the spell, the creature does not know magic was used to influence it and therefore, does not become hostile. To use in conjunction with the above spells, sprinkle a little of the dust on the target when casting the spell for its magic to work.

One pouch has enough fairy dust for six uses.
