These leather-framed goggles feature green crystal lenses. While wearing the goggles, you have advantage on Intelligence Arcana checks made to reveal information about a creature or object you can see.
In addition, the goggles have 3 charges, you can spend one charge to take a minute examining an object and cast identify. Once all three charges are used the lenses loose their color until recharged.
The goggles regain 1d4 charges every dawn.
