Wand, legendary (requires attunement by a Warlock's who have Asmodeus as their patron must have been invited by the arch-devil to willingly reach into a fire to retrieve this reward )

This wand is only gifted to warlocks who pledge themselves to Asmodeus. This wand is very powerful and has only been gifted a few times. Before the wand can even be wielded the warlock must be willing to sacrifice their own body to obtain it, for the twig is always found bathed in fire. The warlock must focus their energy on trying to connect with their patron, meanwhile, a fire must be kept in front of the warlock and once the warlock believes Asmodeus has commanded them to do so the warlock then must reach into the fire.

If they have pleased Asmodeus, the warlock will remove a twig that appears to ever be in a state of smoldering. There will be no smoke or heat from the twig until it is used and only glows with but the smallest of light.

The wand has 9 charges. The charges can be spent up to a total of 3 charges at a time but can be broken up as the warlock sees fit. Each time a charge is spent the warlock must roll a damage die, they must make an attack roll plus their spell attack bonus if they hit they then are able to regain the damage amount that was inflected to the target. The wand recharges at dawn.
--- One charge the warlock takes 1d2 fire damage themselves for 1d8 possible fire damage.
--- Two charges the warlock takes 1d4 fire damage themselves for 2d6 possible fire damage.
--- Three charges the warlock takes 1d6 fire damage themselves for 2d10 possible fire damage.

The fire that burns the warlock is said to be from the Ninth Layer of Hell and will burn any warlock born a mortal, including Tiefling. However, the fire damage inflicted to the warlock's target is considered normal fire damage and if the target has any resistance or immunities those fall into normal conditions.
