Weapon (longsword), very rare (requires attunement)

This pristine blade was forged out of an unknown substance originating from the Astral Sea.

When you attune to this blade, you may use your bonus action to cause it to animate. While the blade is animated you may use your INT modifier to hit rather than STR. While the blade is animated you may move the blade up to 10ft away from you in any direction using your movement. While the blade is animated you may use your reaction to parry, causing your AC to increase by 1 until the start of your next turn.

Astral Rend. While attuned to this blade, once per day you may use you action to cause the blade to tear a rift in the space around you. The blade teleports up to 60ft away from you and makes a melee attack against a target of your choice that you can see. On a successful hit, the target suffers damage as normal along with an additional 3d12 force damage or you can forgo the additional damage and cause the blade to rend space around the target causing one of the following effects: Fear, Displacement, or  Lock.

Fear - The target is exposed to a horrific vision from the Astral Sea. The target suffers 1d4 psychic damage and must use its action and remaining movement to Dash as far away from you as possible on its next turn.

Displacement - The target falls through a spacial rend that the blade creates and is teleported 60ft in any direction you choose. (This option also forgoes the normal weapon damage).

Lock - The target is suspended in time and is stunned until the end of its next turn. (If the target has an intelligence modifier greater than 15, they may make an INT saving throw to resist this effect; DC 15).

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: Bonus: Magic Item Attack With Intelligence, Versatile, Sap
