These armbands give the wearer a piece of their opponents life force as they strike them down with a killing blow, permanently imbuing them with strength and constitution.
As the wearer strikes the killing blow on a creature, that creatures HD are added to the Armbands HD pool. For every 100 HD of creatures slain, Strength is increased by +1 (up to a max of 30). For every 200 HD of creatures slain, Constitution is increased (up to a max of 30)
If the wearer ever receives a level of exhaustion, 10 HD are permanently removed from the creatures slain pool instead of taking the level of exhaustion. If the HD pool is empty, the wearer receives exhaustion as normal.
The wearer does not need to consume food or water as long as there are HD in the HD pool. The wearer is also immune to the effects of aging.
