Arcane Seed

A small seed with flecks of blue and green depending on the light, this magical kernel opens the mind of its recipient. Ranging in size and shape the potency when consumed varies as well. Eating one of these seeds created by the children of the Feywild replenishes its owner of a consumed spell slot. The level of the spellslot regained depends on the power of its creator but never exceeds that of level 3. No more then one can be used in this way before a long rest as the connection to the Feywild can not stack.
