A small silver bell that is missing its clapper, causing it to produce no sound. The bell rings absurdly loud for its size if a clapper is attached and rung. Etched into the metal is a section of music notes, that when played on an instrument produce a cheerful melody.

Once per day, you may use your action to ring the bell and cast Silence. You must be within the area of effect of the spell when cast. If you leave the area of effect the spell ends. You can't use the ability if there is a clapper attached to the bell. Additionally, the bell can be heard up to 600 feet away if rung with a clapper attached to it.
